Full Stack Software Engineer

As a Full Stack Software Engineer at JustPaid, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our web-based finance automation tool. We are looking for you to learn about and code on this tech stack; it is okay if you don't have all of the skills below as long as you can code and learn on the job:

Account Executive

As a full cycle Account Executive at JustPaid.io, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving new business and impacting our revenue trajectory. Your mission is to engage potential clients, understand their unique needs, and demonstrate the unparalleled value of our solutions. The initial role is an SDR booking meetings and when comfortable with the product and our sales process, will be a whole desk Account Executive as our first sales hire.


  • Cold Outreach:
  • Identify and target potential clients in the financial industry through strategic cold outreach as well as handle inbound leads.
  • Craft compelling and personalized messages to initiate meaningful conversations.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects through various communication channels via phone, email & additional tools.
  • Identify and target potential clients in the financial industry through strategic cold outreach as well as handle inbound leads.
  • Accurately track sales activities and maintain up-to-date information in our CRM.
  • Relay customer insights to sales and product teams to help refine our offerings.
  • Demos:
  • Conduct product demonstrations of the JustPaid.io platform to showcase its value and benefits.
  • Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of each prospect.
  • Effectively communicate the features, advantages, and differentiators of our payment solutions.
  • Closing:
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements alongside JustPaid leadership.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain a strong understanding of clients' needs and objectives.
  • Provide post-sale support and foster long-term relationships with clients and facilitate upgrades.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (required) in Business, Finance, Marketing or a relevant field.
  • React - Frontend Library
  • Familiarity with startup culture
  • Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
